2026–27 NBA season access runs Aug 1, 2026 – Jul 31, 2027.
Does the season pass renew automatically?
No. The launch pass is a one-time purchase for the named season. You choose again before a future season.
What happens when a new model launches?
Premium moves to the newest released model. The previous Premium model then becomes the Free model, so Premium stays one release ahead.
Is Premium chat a different chatbot?
No. Everyone gets the same intelligent Ball Ranks assistant. Premium removes the normal daily allowance so you can keep asking under normal use.
Are player alerts available now?
Not yet. Player alerts are a planned Premium benefit and are marked Coming soon until alert creation and delivery are live. They notify you; they do not add or drop a player for you.
Are direct insider updates live?
The source support is built and rolling out. Availability depends on the source being configured, so the page does not present every insider update as guaranteed yet.
How do you test ranking accuracy?
We replay preseason projections against completed NBA seasons and compare the misses on the same players. The linked research post publishes the source boards, player pools, and method.
What happens if a payment is refunded?
Refund terms are shown before checkout. If a payment is refunded or reversed, its Premium season access ends as well.
