Email us when you need to share more detail. Never send passwords, sign-in cookies, or full API keys.

For API, MCP, or assistant integration questions, include the client name, endpoint, HTTP status, request ID when available, and the tool or operation name. Remove authorization headers and API keys first.
Access and data requests
Revoke an API key from your account. To request account or support-message deletion, email help@ballranks.com from the address on your account. See the Privacy Policy for retention and deletion details.
