KC Concepcion
No. 24 overall pick who won a starting outside job in camp next to fellow rookie Denzel Boston; Cleveland released Cedric Tillman on Aug. 27. Coach Todd Monken plans to feed him screens, jet sweeps, and downfield routes plus punt returns; in his one preseason game he had three catches, a rushing touchdown, and a 31-yard punt return.BrownsZone
